You don't have to figure this out alone. When you reach out to Wellness Therapy of San Diego, our Client Relations Specialist will talk with you about what you're looking for, including your concerns, preferences, scheduling needs, and any specific traits that matter to you in a therapist (gender, cultural background, specialty, etc.). From there, we'll match you with the clinician on our team who is best suited to your needs. If, after your first session, you feel it isn't the right fit, we make it easy to try another clinician on the team.
We know that trying to find a therapist is hard, draining work! We’re here to help with dedicated team members who can speak with you about your needs and which provider would be the best fit.

All therapists at Wellness Therapy of San Diego hold doctoral degrees in psychology, either a PhD (Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology) or PsyD (Doctor of Psychology) and are fully licensed in the state of California. This means every client at our practice is seen by a doctoral-level clinician, not a trainee or associate. Our team's doctoral training equips them to provide both therapy and psychological assessments at the highest standard of care.
