In a group setting, you'll find individuals who share common challenges and experiences. Although their experiences might not be exactly like yours, you'll be amazed at how much you can have in common with a total stranger. This environment creates a space where you can feel heard, validated, and understood in ways that may be difficult to achieve in the outside world and even in individual therapy.

Within the group, you'll have the chance to build meaningful relationships and develop a sense of belonging with the other members. Group therapy provides a unique environment where you can gain valuable insights from the perspectives and experiences of others.
